History of National Earl Day:
If you follow dirt racing then you would be well aware of the Dirt Late Model Dream at the Eldora Speedway. This was opened by Earl Baltes in the year 1954 in whose honor the National Earl Day celebration was initiated by Roger Slack. The celebration of this day began in the year 2016 and the same was initiated on the opening day of the dirt racing event. The coincidence was planned and it has been a celebration since then among the dirt racing lovers.
