Home made vegetable/chicken/corn soup:
Ingredients:
1. 2 tea spoon of oil
2.a red/green chilli(one)
3.pinch of chilli powder(optional)
4.salt
5.2 tea spoon of black pepper
6.1 onion (finely chopped)
7.1 tomato (finely chopped)
8.garlic(two or three cloves,crushed)
9.vegetable(carrot,beetroot,etc.)/chicken/corn -one medium sized cup
10.fennel seed(optional)
11.Turmeric powder(optional, but generally endorsed for chicken soup since it is an antibiotic that would kill bacteria accumulated in the chicken).
Preparation method:
Step 1: place a pan,pour 2 tea spoon of oil.Add Fennel seed.leave it for a minute.
Step 2:Add chilli, onion,tomato,garlic and saute it.Saute it for few seconds.
Step 3: Add salt,turmeric powder,saute it for few seconds.
Step 4.Add a medium size cup of vegetable/chicken/corn and fry for atleast 2 minutes.
Step 5:check whether everything has blended well and add a cup of water.
Step 6: sprinkle black pepper.
Step 7:cook it until the chicken/vegetable is cooked well.you can use pressure cooker also.
Step 6: serve hot.garnish with seeds or parsely before serving.
