And, here is a simple recipe for you.
Step 1: Take a large bowl, heat 1 cup of butter and 1 cup of sugar. Stir well until it becomes creamy.
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla flavor. You can choose chocolate also instead of vanilla. Stir well till the vanilla mixes well with the sugar and butter mixture.
Step 3: Add 1 egg and agitate well. An egg is an optional ingredient. Eggless oatmeal cookies can also be prepared.
Step 4: Add 1 cup of rice flour and stir well until it blends with the mixture.
Step 5: Add 1 teaspoon of groundnut powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stir well.
Step 6: Add required amount of salt. Stir well.
Step 7: Add 2 cups of uncooked oats and stir well. Switch off the stove and leave it for 10 minutes.
Step 8: Take a cookie sheet, Place the mixture. Bake it for 10 minutes. It can also be prepared without baking. It can be mixed with cereal and melted using a binder. So you either bake it or melt it. Later cool it for a minute.
Step 9: Cut into bars and finally crispy oatmeal cookies are ready
Note: You can further add nuts like cashew nuts, Raisin, Almond if you want. Just add these after adding the oats. This will be more delicious.
