That’s why Hackensack Meridian Health started Tackle Kids Cancer in 2015. The key reason to start the program was to raise funds. Later, in 2017, Hackensack University Medical Center Foundation started National Tackle Kids Cancer Day to spread awareness.
Now, they are trying to involve more and more people in this program. The good thing is the support is massive and it’s increasing every year. Many people also join this program as volunteers.
