Pumpkin Pie Recipe: Ingredients:
- Pumpkin —It depends on what amount of milk you choosing. Go for 1:1 ratio.
- Condensed milk -for sweetening purpose.
- Two eggs.
- Crushed Ginger and cinnamon- 1 tablespoon-You can also other spices like cloves, nutmeg and Star Anise if you want spicy.
- Pie Crust-1 (Unbaked)
Preparation Method:
Step 1: Take a bowl, Add Pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, Crushed Ginger and cinnamon. Whisk it until it becomes light creamy and smooth.
Step 2: Place the Pie crust on the baking sheet and pour the mixture gently. Spread it evenly. Bake it for 30 minutes. Gently check it with spoon or a knife until it comes to the desired consistency. Serve hot.
