Strawberry Jam:
Ingredients are only two, Strawberries and sugar.
Step 1: take a pan, pour two cups (medium sized cup or 200 ml) of water, and boil it.
Step 2: Take some 15 strawberries (rinsed) and add it in the boiling water. It would be better if you cut the strawberries vertically before adding, so that, the essence would be mixed with water easily. If you want, you can use a masher, but do not mash it fully.
Step 3: boil it for at least 10 minutes under high temperature. After that, use a mesh strainer and take out the strawberry residues gently.
Step 4: After the water becomes thickened (somewhat, like a melted ice cream structure) pour a cup of sugar (small sized cup or 75 grams) and gently swirl it. Leave for at least 20 minutes with occasional swirling in between. After it becomes thick and creamy, take it out, cool it for some times, and store it in a tight container and refrigerate.
