The day is to enjoy with bagels, bread that is crunchy with a hole. Reported to be introduced in the united states by the Jewish immigrants, the bagels has now become a common snack food for the Americans.
Bagels are quite Crispy since it is brushed with the egg whites. The bagels can be customized by placing a sauce or a jam in the hole making it further delicious.

And here is a simple recipe for you.
Step 1: Take a bowl, put 2 cups of all-purpose flour, add 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of salt, half cup of sugar and yeast.mix it well and make rough dough. Keep it aside. You can adjust the dough by adding flour and water simultaneously.
Step 2: Take a bowl, coat it with the oil. Place the dough. Close the lid and keep it for an hour. You can get double the quantity of dough.
Step 3: Make it to balls and bake it for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Take out the tray. The dough will be puffy now. Make a hole in the center using your forefinger.
Step 5: Switch on the gas. Take water in a pan and boil it. After the water is boiled, place the dough and boil it for a minute. Just place it one by one or two balls at a time.
Step 6: Gently take it from the pan and place it in the baking tray. Coat it with an egg white using a brush. And sprinkle white sesame on the top. You can drizzle with any kind of seeds.
Step 7: bake it until it turns golden color and is finally done.
